    There are so many great ways to make pork shoulder/butt, and this is definitely one of them! I roasted potatoes and veggies during the last 30 minutes of cooking. I should have waited a little longer before I put the veggies in. The pork was a big hit though!

    Pretty good. The outer crust was amazing. A little easy to over cook if using pork loin so have a good thermometer handy.

    Very flavorful, tender, roasted 30 minutes longer.. Served with mashed potatoes , gravy.
