  • 2 pounds chili peppers (or fresh green bell, I use chili for spicier taste)
  • 1/2 bunch fresh parsley
  • 2 tablespoons granulated white sugar
  • salt (to taste)
  • boiling water (Also you will need a large pot of)
  • 1 bowl ice cold water (with, and a heavy bottom pot for cooking the lecho sauce)
