Easy to make but too bitter of an aftertaste. I even peeled the lemon to remove some of the pith and didn’t add all the peel to the blender. Husband however did really like it.

The pie was so easy to make. I think I’ll add a little more sugar and or may remove peeling from lemon. There seems to be a bitter aftertaste. Otherwise everything was great

Perfect! I made it exactly the way the recipe called for it. I’ve always loved custard pies but the lemon was an extra bonus. The whole lemon is a must.

Fantastic.. I used to Meyer lemons straight off my tree. I only had a 10 inch deep dish ceramic dish so I upped the number of lemons to two. The eggs i increased to six, and the sugar 2 full cups. I used palm sugar, because that’s all I had. So easy and the results were more than I could have hoped for. I am always looking for ways to use the bounty from my tree and this recipe is definitely a keeper! Thanks arizona😁

I followed the recipe according to the directions and it said to add the whole lemon, including the peel. Honestly why did I do that? Don't ADD THE PEEL. It tastes so bad with the lemon peel.
