- spring onions (Fresh, to taste)
- 1 lime

Directions
- Fillet and skin the fish. Chop in evenly sized pieces
- Chop the red and spring onions
- Mix all ingredients together
- Squeeze the lime over the mixture and rest for 15 minutes
- Serve with soy sauce and wasabi (or to taste)
