- 7 oz. ground pork (finely)
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese (finely)
- 7 oz. cheddar cheese (cut into half-inch cubes)
- 1/2 cup frozen green peas
- 1/2 cup carrots (chopped to the size of green peas)
- 1 egg
- 3/4 cup all purpose flour
- 1 Tbsp. milk
- 2 cups water (you should try out boiling chicken stock if possible)
- 4 tsp. olive oil
- 1 small onion (finely chopped)
- 1 clove garlic (crushed)
- salt
- pepper
- 1 cup vegetable oil (for deep frying)
