- 2/3 cup arame (don’t pack it or you’ll end up with too much–it really expands while soaking.**)
- 1 cup edamame (shelled, see how much arame you end up with after soaking, and use about double the amount of edamame)
- 1 Tbsp. rice vinegar (seasoned is fine; for Stage One, use raw apple cider vinegar)
- 1 Tbsp. wheat (free tamari or Bragg’s liquid aminos)
- 2 Tbsp. toasted sesame seeds (lightly)
- 8 drops liquid stevia (pure plain, or 1-2 tsp, 5-10 ml agave nectar, to taste, for Stage One, use stevia only)
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. sesame oil
- 1/4 tsp. fine sea salt (to taste)

This is delicious, quick and easy. I omitted the stevia and did not miss it at all. Will certainly make again
