Great! Everyone that has tasted it liked it.
I looked for an easy and tasty cheese recipe like this but I haven’t found yet so I just stick to this one and it has been part of our lives in the last few years.
I just find it troublesome to measure the coconut with a tablespoon, but I decided to weigh one tbsp. and multiply by 5.
You might not have some of the ingredients at hand, but it’s worth purchasing them.
