- 300 mL water
- 150 grams honey (I used 2 tbsp chestnut honey)
- 75 mL single malt whisky (I used a whisky blend)
- 3 cloves
- 3 cardamom pods
- 1 star anise
- 125 mL double cream
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 Tbsp. honey (I used one)
- 150 grams Greek yoghurt (full-fat)
- 280 grams full fat cream cheese (I used 150g mascarpone with a pinch of salt)
- 75 grams porridge oats (jumbo)
- 25 grams butter (I used unsalted)
- 40 grams dark muscovado sugar
