  • 8 ounces brie cheese (round)
  • 1/4 cup Smucker’s® Apricot Preserves
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • crackers (Assorted)
  • apple slices
  • pears (sliced)

    Directions

    1. HEAT oven to 350°F.
    2. REMOVE top rind of brie with sharp knife. Discard rind. Place brie in oven-safe dish.
    3. MIX apricot preserves and walnuts in small bowl. Spoon over top of brie.
    4. BAKE 12 to 15 minutes or until center is slightly melted. Remove from oven. Let stand 10 minutes. Serve with crackers and fruit.
