  • 7 whole apricots (pitted and cut half.)
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons dijon mustard
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons ground mustard
  • 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup (100 %)
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce (I use Red Boat it only contains anchovy paste * optional.)
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (* optional, but is not very spicy in this.)
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt (can use 1/2 tsp sea Salt if you are not using fish sauce.)
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
