  • 2 1/2 lb. granulated white sugar (for Armenian apricots, use only 1 ½ lbs sugar)
  • 2/3 cup hot water
  • 2 Tbsp. rose syrup (Amoretti, add more to your taste)
  • 2/3 cup almonds (+ cold water)
