- 1 cup low sodium beef broth
- 15 oz. tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup apricot preserves
- 1/2 cup cranberry sauce (whole if you have it, otherwise canned is fine)
- 1/3 cup dried cranberries
- 1/3 cup dried apricots (diced)
- 1/4 cup dark brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. molasses
- 2 Tbsp. low sodium soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 Tbsp. worcestershire sauce
