Very moist cake. The quantities listed are for an enormous cake though - the blogger states they used a 12-cup bundt pan. I made a half batch and found that to be a good amount, filling a medium pan.
I used store-bought applesauce, not homemade like Alexandra's Kitchen suggested. I felt it could have been just a bit more apple-y (I am nitpicking though) - next time I make it, I will add some apple chunks for texture and flavour (lightly cooked in microwave before baking) as I have done with other apple cakes/muffins in the past.
