Thank you! Thank you! Delicious and successful. I poured batter into an 8” springform pan. I turned on convection mode for the last 30 minutes of baking. I put 2-3 tsp. of cinnamon and more of cloves and nutmeg than recipe required. And more raisins! This recipe is a keeper! The cream cheese icing did become solid. Perfect recipe! Thank you so much!

I substituted half of the flour with whole wheat flour. The batter seemed a bit thin so I added an extra 1/4c flour and it turned out perfect.
