Flavor isn’t bad. Used Granny Smith and added some vinegar to keep it from being over sweet.
Biggest problem is the listed cook time. It’s for a different cut. Instructions say one hour for rump or tenderloin. Cook tenderloin that long and you’ll liquify it. Sear it first and cook 8 minutes. Meat was perfect.
