- 50 grams caster sugar
- 500 grams strong white flour (suitable for making bread)
- 10 grams sea salt
- 100 grams butter (melted)
- 1 egg (free range beaten)
- apples (Couple of, peeled, cored and chopped into little pieces)
- 60 grams butter (melted, this is for the filling)
- 100 grams raisins (you could use sultanas)
- 100 grams caster sugar
- 1 tsp. canela
- 1 Tbsp. apricot jam (warmed with a little water - for glazing your buns and making them sticky.)
