- 1 whole wheat pizza dough (store bought ball of fresh)
- flour (Some, for rolling out the dough)
- cornmeal (for the bottom of the pizza so it doesn't stick)
- 2 sweet Italian sausage (links of, I used turkey sausage here)
- 1 apple (small, sliced thin)
- 6 mushrooms (cleaned and sliced)
- 1 handful spinach
- 1 cup cheese (I used a mix of mozzarella and cheddar)
- 1 cup pumpkin beer
- 2 Tbsp. coarse grain mustard
- 1 Tbsp. creme fraiche (or sour cream would work as well)
- Fresh ground pepper (Fresh)
- parsley (for garnish, optional)
