- 1 Bartlett Pear (peeled, cored, and thinly sliced, You can use Bosc if you want the fruit to hold its shape; Barletts fall apart in this pie and I like it that way)
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3 Tbsp. all purpose flour
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 1/8 tsp. ground allspice
- 1/2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice

Absolutely wonderful! I substituted all the extra spices for two tablespoons of cinnamon. Just wish baking time was specified.
