- 1 Tbsp. unsalted butter (melted)
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch black pepper
- 6 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. maple syrup
- 1/2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
