Description
The elegant flavors of tart, sweet, and creamy all rolled into one. This easy to make recipe will delight young and old alike. It only takes 30 minutes to make this delicious dessert and it can be served for any occasion. You will need a flame to caramelize the sugar.

- 4 apples (large, not overly ripe, diced)
- 100 grams sugar
- 75 grams butter
- 1 cinnamon stick
- brown sugar
- 100 grams sugar
- 200 grams whipping cream
- 250 grams mascarpone

Directions
- Saute the apples in a skillet on low heat with the sugar, butter, and cinnamon. Stir carefully until softened and slightly golden. Remove from heat and set aside.
- Whip the cream together with half the sugar until it thickens. Beat the other half of the sugar together with the mascarpone until smooth and homogenous.
- Mix the cream and mascarpone mixtures together and refrigerate.
- Divide the cream mixture between small serving dishes and top with apple. Sprinkle with brown sugar and caramelize with a kitchen torch.
