This looked and smelled beautiful but was very bland. Perhaps in America we are used to spicier and sweeter things. I even added a teaspoon of cinnamon but next time I would add more sugar and a teaspoon of vanilla. Also it was very dry, so I put in one cup more blackberries than it called for and half a cup of whole milk. I'll try it again with more sugar and vanilla because it has all the makings to be very good.
