- 115 grams brown sugar
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 Tbsp. cornflour (cornstarch)
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 50 grams demerara sugar
- 200 mL double cream (heavy cream works too)
- 2 Tbsp. icing sugar (powdered sugar)
- 1 pinch canela
