- 1/3 cup Hellmann's or Best Foods Real Mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup chopped celery (finely)
- 1/4 cup diced apple
- 4 slices cheddar cheese (cut up)
- 2 whole wheat
- pita breads
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 2 Tbsp. red onion (finely chopped, optional)
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts (coarsely, optional)
