- 3/4 cup vanilla protein powder (I use Sunwarrior Vanilla in this or a Vanilla WPI)
- 3 Tbsp. tapioca flour
- 1 tsp. soda (bicarb)
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 2 tsp. apple cider vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. malt syrup (rice, honey or maple syrup can be used)
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 1 apple
- 1 zucchini (use 2 if really little)
