- 1/2 tsp. ground allspice
- 1 Orange
- 1 lemon
- 5 1/2 Tbsp. granulated sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 cups whole milk
- 100 grams unsalted butter (coarsely chopped)
- 1 egg
