- 2 apples (– Diced – Your favorite apples, cleaned, peeled and cored)
- 3/4 cup grapes green (or purple – I use green, your choice)
- 3/4 cup raisins (– I use both golden and regular – Makes for a nice presentation)
- 1/2 cup walnuts (– chopped)
- 2 stalks celery (– chopped)
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
