It tasted good I think I needed to toast the sweet potatoes a little longer though it was not a smooth consistency

This was yummy, though I altered quite a bit. I used 3 apples, 2 sweet potatoes and half a yellow onion. The rest was the same! Sooooo good, husband approved.
