- 1/4 tsp. fine salt
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup milk (choice, I used unsweetened almond milk)
- 2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 1 cup potato puree (canned sweet, * see above for alternatives)
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup avocado oil (or melted coconut oil)
- 1 cup apples (finely chopped)
