- 3 Granny Smith apples (medium, peeled and thinly sliced)
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 4 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 4 Tbsp. plain bread crumbs
- 8 oz. phyllo dough (thawed, about 20 sheets)
- 3/4 cup butter (melted)
- 1 cup heavy cream (slightly whipped, optional)

Directions
- 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- 2. Gently mix apples, raisins, and cinnamon in a medium bowl; set aside.
- 3. Toast bread crumbs in a small saute pan over medium heat. Stir constantly until golden brown, about 5 minutes. Transfer to a small bowl and let cool.
