I found this recipe trying to use some buttermilk and cream cheese I had that I didn't want to go to waste. Fortunately, I also had some apples that were also needing to be used too, so I thought this would be a great recipe to try. I am very glad I did. It is delicious. I did however use 1/2 cup of buttermilk and did not use the sour cream. I also used pecans instead of walnuts (YAY.....I needed to use up my pecans too). This is a very YUMMY recipe and will definitely make it again. Thanks for sharing.
