- 1 apple (large, peeled cored and cut into 1/4-inch cubes, I just used 2 medium apples)
- 3/4 cup light brown sugar (packed, divided)
- 1/2 cup canola oil
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup sour cream (full-fat)
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 Tbsp. milk

Very tastie! Didn't get as big as I thought they would but the flavor was good. Will be making again!
