- 12 oz. Gruyere cheese (grated, 1/2 cup of it set aside for garnish, optional)
- 8 oz. cheddar cheese (grated)
- 1/2 cup flour
- 6 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 pinch canela
- 1 pinch ground cloves
