    Made this for Valentine’s Day, Instead of using apricot I used honey and cinnamon and took a few tips from the comments and covered the top with tin foil for the first 25mins so the apple didn’t burn. Added my own finishing touches, My partner loved it! ... such a beautiful recipe!
