- 1 cup all-purpose gluten-free flour (Ricki’s, Mix, or other all purpose GF flour)
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/8 tsp. fine sea salt
- 1 tsp. Chinese 5 spice powder (or use cinnamon)
- 1 Tbsp. psyllium husks (whole)
- 1/2 cup gluten-free rolled oats (not instant or quick-cook)

They looked really dry when they came out but ended up being moist in the middle. Kids ate them up.

So moist and so filling! I did a few substitutions with oat flour and chocolate chips and taking out the apples,raisins and nuts. it was delicious!
