- 1 banana (frozen)
- 1 apple (medium, diced and divided into 2 portions)
- 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1 tsp. apple pie spice (or pumpkin pie spice, or mix together equal amounts of cinnamon, all spice, and ground nutmeg)
- 1 Tbsp. almond butter (natural)
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (I use North Coast Natural's Whey Isolate, if you prefer this to be vegan you can use a hemp, soy, or rice protein powder!)
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 4 ice cubes
