Very tasty! Nice, moist and lots of flavor. Added 1/4 tsp of nutmeg and a pinch of allspice. Also increased the cinnamon to a tsp.
Took longer to bake than mentioned but turned out perfect.😋

Oh my! Delicious! Over the top goodness! I had one huge Apple that needed to be used so I converted the recipe to 60% of each ingredient. You've got to make this your go to for an apple cake, for dessert, for breakfast, for your afternoon coffee and something sweet. I'm telling you...IT IS GOOD! 👍😍🙆🍎
