It’s ok. There’s nothing wrong with it. I was just in the mood for a regular pancake. It’s more egg than bread. If you need to use up apples, I would recommend it.

Very eggy, less of a pancake more of an omelette. Would actually make again but with about 8 Tablespoons of flour

Added 5 spoons of flour instead of 2 to get pancake consistency. I also added two spoons of apple butter(which has apple puree, cinnamon, clove) and nutmeg. Everybody loved it

So tasty and easy to make! I added a quarter tsp of cardamom to mimic a childhood recipe I used and it was 👌

I followed the recipe, I expected more solid outcome, but it turn out like an apple omelette. The taste was good though! I don’t think I want to try it again.
