I loved these muffins. I was a little short on the amount of apple called for in the recipe but the apple was definitely there. Nice texture and tasty crumb topping. Room for variations - I think next time I will add chopped dates and nuts.

These were really good I rather enjoyed them. Just wish they weren't so messy. But overall they taste good, and look good after being baked
