Absolutely deliciously moist and perfect! Only things I changed were grinding up the oats, used coconut sugar for the brown, and small diced the apple for the added texture. If I could give 10 stars I would.

This has become a staple for my breakfast. I add 1 cup almonds, blueberries and pears. I make a double batch and store in the freezer without issue.

Ok. Definitely healthy but chewy, nice flavor. Would have liked them a little sweeter. If you don’t use the paper cups, make sure to grease muffin pan very well as it was somewhat difficult to take them out whole!
