- 1 tsp. vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup apple juice
- 2 Tbsp. apple jelly
- 2 Tbsp. dijon style mustard

Directions
- Season chops with pepper. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat; brown chops 2 minutes on one side. Turn chops; add apple juice, jelly and mustard to skillet. Reduce heat to low, cover and cook 5-6 minutes. To ensure doneness, check with a meat thermometer. A thermometer inserted into the thickest part of the chop should produce a temperature of 145 degrees Fahrenheit, followed by a 3-minute rest time.
