I was so excited to try this on a cool fall day but I was disappointed. It was really easy and hearty for a vegetarian recipe, but I didn't love the flavor. Guess maybe the ingredients are an odd combination. I have plenty of chili and bean soup recipes that I like better so I don't think I'll make this one again.

Love it. The only changes I made were, I did it in a crockpot for about 6 hours and added 1 lb of ground turkey. The 4 of us at work ate the entire thing.
