- 3 apples (peeled, cored, and sliced into 1/8 inch slices)

- 1/2 tsp. canela
- 1 egg yolk
- coconut sugar (extra, for sprinkling, optional)
- 1 Tbsp. butter (or ghee, chopped into small pieces)
- 1 Tbsp. honey
