Fantastic! I added butterscotch schnapps to the liquid and it complemented the apples so much! I have also used any light soda

I made this recipe 6 months ago to rave reviews. I made a similar recipe with less butter and sugar and no vanilla today - this recipe is far superior. It does not matter what soda you use, though. I have tried ginger ale and Sprite, and both were delicious.
