This recipe is great! Delicious and somewhat healthy. Ive also used many different fruits, ive done apple, blueberry, banana, strawberry, all delicious. I leave out the white sugar, and use 1/2cup butter and 1/2cup olive oil instead of the full cup of butter. I make it on sunday and eat it all week.
