My apple crumble did not crumble… it was goop at best. What did I do wrong. Please. I followed the instructions. WHERE ARE THE OATS!!!!

This was fabulous! I took the advice from others and used less sugar in the apples and some fresh lemon juice, plus allspice and cloves in addition to the nutmeg and cinnamon. Used all brown sugar too. Will definitely become a staple!

Loved it! The proportions were well-balanced and the crumble was deliciously crunchy! Will definitely make again!

Fantastically delicious! The crumbles are so buttery good! I also added a touch of lemon juice to the apple mixture! Will be making this often!

This was Amazing! It was very easy to make and it was so good that I had to make another one! Definitely a keeper and a must try!

Easy to make & delicious if a tad too sweet for my liking. Will try 2 tsp sugar (instead of 3 tsp) in the apple filling & 10% less sugar in the crumble next time. I used 4 med-large apples & needed a bigger baking dish than the stated 8x8”. And maybe large chunks of apples instead of slices would be easier to cut for serving.

This is absolutely one of the best recipes that I have gotten from Yummly!! It turns out great Everytime. We love a lot of crumble so we double the topping recipe, but even without that it's great. We make it at least once a week. This recipe is a staple!

aside from the peeling apples part-yuck- it tasted great. topping never turned crumbly-but i think butter was too warm still tho.. i glooped it on and it was still good!

I’ve made this recipe twice already and both times it’s come out really good. Right out of the oven I put it on top of vanilla bean ice cream. So good!

Easy and delicious! I used a mix of organic green apples 🍏 and gala apples. I used a little more sugar🥰

Everyone loved it. I’ll use more apples next time. My daughter missed having a crust. I’ll make it with a bottom crust next time, too. It’s a classic & we all loved it

Super easy to prep and throw in the oven while doing other things. Can also be easily scaled up when cooking for more people. Delicious with vanilla ice cream 😋

It was yummy! Just the right amount of sweetness and tart. I also added 1/2 cup of quick oats to add more fibre. Easy to make and the instructions were easy to follow. Perfect!!

I didn't have enough apples so I cut the recipe in half. There are only two of us. it tasted very good. Next time I will have enough apples. I want to add some pecans or almonds and maybe a little lemon juice to add tartness. So good with ice cream.
