I adjusted the topping to be 1/2 c of brown sugar and 1/2 white sugar. I also added a pinch of nutmeg.
I added 1 Tbsp if quick cook Tapioca to the apple cider because I feared the filling would be runny. It still was a little, so maybe I’d add a bit more next time.
I do feel the filling is a bit heavy on the cinnamon, and I like cinnamon.
Maybe, cut back by a tsp?

Really good. Will make again. The vanilla adds a pleasant flavor and liked having no oatmeal.
