This turned out amazing with my tweaks. Once you dive into instructions, it doesn’t say where to put brown sugar so I did half cup in pie mixture and the crisp top. The crisp top was thick so essentially patted it onto the top of the pie and let me say it turned amazing!

This was awesome! I did not use the top pie crust, but instead I doubled the crisp topping mix. The whole family loved this one!
