- 2/3 cup brown sugar (lightly packed)
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cup butter (melted and slightly cooled)
- 1/4 cup walnuts (crushed, reserved)
- 8 oz. cream cheese (1/3 less fat, aka neufchâtel, room temperature)
- 1 cup greek yogurt (caramel apple, both Chobani and Trader Joe's carry this seasonal flavor)
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 apples (large, chopped, I used a Golden Delicious and Jonagold)
- 1/2 tsp. canela
- 1/8 tsp. nutmeg
