- 2 Tbsp. ground flax seeds
- 1/3 tsp. Himalayan pink salt
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 pinch extract (stevia powder, optional if you want to add sweetness)
- 9 apples (large sweet and sour, like Mcintosh apples)
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries (soaked)
- 1/2 cup raisins (soaked)
- 1 tsp. canela
- 4 Tbsp. honey (raw, organic)
- 1 pinch Himalayan pink salt
- 2/3 cup coconut cream (full fat)
- 2/3 cup maple syrup (crystals - or coconut sugar)
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 3 Tbsp. chopped walnuts (topping)
