Very Tasty!!!
I made the salad for my lunch at work and it is perfect. I used very little salad dressing because the flavors were so great on their own.

Yum, substituted the apple for pear and planned to have an avocado in it but it wasn't ripe. It didn't matter though. I also toasted the pecans lightly and it worked well. I will be saving this recipe for any occasions requiring a light a sweet salad.
